While the 1:1 sessions are tailored, focused, and offer valuable support, they are limited by the time — each session is 60 minutes, whereas the Shadowing Program is a two-day, in-salon experience, offering a deep dive into your business, team, and systems.

Think of the 1:1 sessions as a great starting point or a follow-up tool for those who have completed the Shadowing Program and want ongoing support and accountability.
