We import them ourselves through our own warehouse in Japan. That’s how serious we are about perms, and now we’re sharing them with you.
The three-hole applicator from NEW EVER puts perm solution down in three lines at once. One pass along a wound rod covers it evenly, with less going back and forth, so application is faster and more even, especially on long spiral rods and large Windy sizes.
180 ml holds enough for a full head, and the tapered bottle sits comfortably in the hand while you work.
